Avoid weight lifting or strenuous exercises in first trimester. Traveling advice can be given by consulting doctor after ultrasound and other reports. Better to avoid travel in pregnancy considering covid situation at present.

You should not lift anything directly from the grond  without support Try to avoid lifting things from grond by direct bending You can travel in 1st trimester but in today's circumstances better to stay at home
