Nothing to worry follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid pineapple papya and oily spicy sugery food take adequate rest drink plenty of water, continue iron tablet and repeat test after one week
Please visit a hepatologist or physician for ur slightly high SGOT and PT
U need to repeat test every 10 days to know whether it is rising
For low HB you can take tablet iron twice daily
Take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables ,almonds, palak, beetroot pomegranates, fig, moong dal,red meat like liver, peas etc
Sgot and sgpt are slightly increased in pregnancy..no need for any medication..oral iron tablet is sufficient .Take daily dates and pomegranate fruit..repeat hb after 1 month
Don't take any medicine depending on single test.. repeat the tests.. correlate clinically...and if needed then only have medicine..and on iron tablets u can increase ur haemoglobin count..
