Pregnancy issuse
My last period is on Jan 11 2018. I had 28 days cycle. Miss period and today on 13 feb had negative test and spotting of black and red colour.

Just wait for 1 week..u are already hvng spotting..so u may start ur periods in a few days.
However if u dont then do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out polyp or ovarian cysts
