Pregnancy kit shows very light 2nd line

I am 26years old.My last period was on 26/07/2017,till today I have not got my periods while doing pregnancy test using kit very light 2nd line has come,is there chances of pregnancy,we are married since last 3years and trying since day 1 of marriage,today only the light line has come
