My wifes period is delayed by 3 days. No sign of period, she says. We suspect pregnancy. Kindly advice on this

Confirm for pregnancy either by urine or blood.Bloid test is Bhcg.It is accurate and reliable test.Result is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting to gynaecologist.
