Hello Dr.my daughter in law is in her 7th month pregnancy and the baby is having a swelling on one the kidney and further more there is more fluid around the fetus,so what's the precaution and the solution to this problem.

At present  nothing can be done as she already in 7minth... Follow your doctors protocol and advise for safe delivery
