Yes folic acid tablets can be started in  preconception period. AMH levels 1 to 4 ng/ml For menstrual problem, need to discuss in detail. Kindly connect directly

AMH level can be more than 1 ng/ml. However, only amh cannot tell about your Fertility. Folic acid should be taken before you start planning for pregnancy and should be continued for at least first 3 months of pregnancy.
