Hello, iam 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant, when should i go for ultrasound to hear baby's heart beat, iam worried about this covid lock down and scared to visit scan centre, please advice

Hi, At this gestational age scan would tell about fetal heart and confirm gestational age on Usg. So go for a scan and basic tests.

You may still wait for 2 to 3 weeks to get your dating scan. You may combine NT/NB scan with that ultrasound. There is no urgency as such.
Next Steps
Continue Folic Acid and any other medicine if advised by your obstetrician.

At this gestation  scan is essential to confirm gestational age  and site of pregnancy.   So yes it's important  to get a ultrasound done
