7 months before my wife delivered 30 weeks premature twin babies(male). But first baby passed away on 4th day and another baby passed away on 19th day. Doctor said babies are not breath self and now we put on machine for support and also both babies affected infection. Pls need to advice for next pregnancy.

Hello der your wife should have proper antenatal care its bettr to take periconceptual folic acid consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
