Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hello Doctor We have been married since 1.4 years. My wife had her 1st missed abortion surgery today. Heartbeat came at 6 weeks when gynae did 2nd usg and it was not there at 8 weeks 4 days when 3rd usg was performed. What would have been the reason for this? We want to ensure it doesn't happens again. We have done all prescribed lab tests which are all ok. Plz let us know the correct diet which my wife should follow. Thanks.

Ask her to maintain healthy lifestyle, exercise and eat well. Start folic acid 3 months before she plan next pregnancy. Get hormone and some basic test done before planning pregnancy. For proper advice consult doctor personally
