Hi doc, my last prd was on 7-dec-2017 and pregnancy test came positive. On 13-jan-2018 my first u/s took place but doc did not see anything again he ask me to come back on 3-feb-2018 for another u/s and in that u/s he saw twin sack one was empty and one with fetal pole but there was no yolk sac or heartbeat. Again he took my u/s on 10-feb.-2018 and he saw one fetal pole and one yolk sac also but still there was no heartbeat and decidual reaction was good. Is it a case of missed abortion.

yes this could be if heart beat not seen after 8 weeks of pregnancy u shd consider a dnc now
