Asked for Female, 35 Years

I delivered a baby on July 15 2018. I've a doubt if I'm pregnant again. I'm going to do a test tomorrow. Need advice if I should keep it or not considering my first baby's or the new baby's health. We can afford a baby financially but not sure if it will affect either of our baby. If pregnancy has to be terminated is there any possibility of not conceiving again or any health issues considering my age.
