My lmp was 24th april I did beta hcg on 6th june it was 2200 and again did on 9th june it comes 2700 and in sonography no g sac found

U have to rule out ectopic pregnancy. Get repeat beta hcg done after 48 hours. If the increase is less than double, get a repeat scan done to look for ectopic pregnancy.

Get a repeat ultrasound done trans vaginal scan for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and gestation sac after 1 week
