My wife had period on 10/8/2018..and tab clomiphene was prescribed..later on follicular study 21mm growth of follicle from left ovary for ovulation inj was given to her on abdomen..she ovulated on 26/8/2018..later progesterone tab given 200mg bd.. today is last day of tab.. till now no period.. no spotting.. but complains of intermittent sharp pain on either right or left pelvic region.. on straining changing position and sometimes even on lying down.. no nausea.. sometimes very slight dizziness ..please opine

Hey! Since it will be fifteen days since ovulation, get a urine pregnancy test done just in case. Since pain is positional, it is likely to be muscular but its better to get a check up done by a doctor since pain is associated with dizziness. Continue progesterone tablet and folic acid tablet.
