One of the physician suggested me to take siphene 100mg from 3day to 7day of my cycle.. Then I got fatigue n I missed my periods for 4days then when I came to forth floor of my home from stairs I got a cronic stomuch ache, and back pain now few drops of black ⚫ color spotting... What should the b the reason for it?.. I want to conceive I don't have babies.. Due to lockdown I can't visit any gynac for treatment I have pcod n thyroid.. It is my periods r what?

These are your periods. Black out can be a rare side effect of siphene. Have lots of fluids. Plz consult online for full treatment plan.
