Yesterday I checked my pregnancy test with kit which came out positive but today brown color discharge has been passed with urine 2-3 times brown thread line. What is it actually..??
What should I do now. Please guide me.

You need to do usg pelvis as early as possible to look for location of gestational sac and fetal heart beat ..

Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac to find out ectopic pregnancy or threatened abortion

If pregnancy is inside uterus
Take Cap Susten 200 mg vaginum pessary twice a day for 2 weeks
Cap Fol 123 once a day for 2 weeks
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for 2 weeks
Injection Proluton depo or Prolin 500 mg twice a week for two weeks
Injection Beta Hcg 5000 IU twice a week for 2 weeks
