My wife's placenta is anterior in position with Grade 1 maturity. So what can I do

U can do nothing with the placental position..and no doctor can.
The details u have furnished is not enough to understand what the clear picture is. What's the no of weeks is not mentioned..
But however.. anterior placenta grade 1... I see nothing abnormal.. because u have not mentioned wether it's covering the os or not..
Only thing that needs to be discussed with your obstetrician is mode of delivery.. in case of abruptio or placenta previa.
