Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got pregnant in July 2016. After some I am trying conceive and had lot of follicular tests done. When the egg size is 20 then I took injections 10000mg so that egg are reptured but everytime the result remains the same. Please help me out. Why the egg is not repturing.

If you only take one injection then the cycle is not assisted cycle. So you start complete treatment starting from second day of periods means start Tab Fertil 100mg from fifth day of period. For five day at fixed time then you start profassi injured 10000iu on 18mm size follicle .it will rupture in 24hrs
