Dear gynaecologists
I am 20 week pregnant. I have vitamin D deficiency range is 4.5
And b12 is 180 and rbc is low calcium is marginal low.
What supplement require for vitamin d and b in how much quantity as of now.
Tell me any serious issue in liverkidney or anything.

After 20 weeks , you need to be prescribed Calcium with VIT D3. You need 1000 I.U if D3 along with calcium citrate 1000 mg , magnesium hydroxide 100 mg and Trina six calcium phosphate 225 mg once daily preferably noon. All in one tablet!.
