  4. Pregnancy scan query. I need bed rest?

Pregnancy scan query
I am 13 weeks pregnant. My 13 week scan says the placenta just extends the lower segment and the lower edge is 1.2 cm from the internal os. Is it a warning signal? Can I continue my job or I need bed rest? I am pregnant with twins.

At present rest is important, give some time, as gestational age advances placenta will move upward
