Pregnancy scan report
My wife is pregnant. In the fifth month scan report shows two things which is a cause of concern. 1. Mild to moderate pericardial effusion noted 2. Fetal heart shows evidence of intra cardiac echogenic foci in the fetal left ventricle. Pls tell me whether it makes any problem for mother and child

Pericardial effusion is never seen in fetal Echo and is definitely a matter of concern. Will advise you to get a repeat scan or show the report.
