I am 32 years old Female and I am planning to conceive from 1 year. every month I wait for my results but I get period like symptoms (breast heaviness, bloatedness and lower back pain) and then I get disappointed much before my periods come due to such symptoms. Can these symptoms be observed as pregnancy signs ?

Mam you are already 32 years so now you should meet infertility specialist and take proper advice. Proper blood test, proper investigations proper examination and medications has to be started. Your husband semen analysis also has to be done.
