If pressure of the patient increased to 148/90 at38th week and weight of baby is 3.8 and mother weight is 96,, doc advising to go for cesarean,, is this is the only option ?? Pressure reduced to 130 after took tablets. And the sudden weight gain of 9 kg in 2 months

follow your dr . indication.in last trimester weight gain is normal so do not afraid for this,but bp can lead serious problem like pre eclampsia at any stage during pregnancy or labour. you can weight upto 40 week of gestation but it will be vain due to hypertension,so be in proper follow up with your dr.
