I have not had my period since the end of October and it's January now all the test that I took Have been negative could I still being pregnant?

U should do a beta hcg blood test to confirm pregnancy.. Other causes of delayed periods cn be pcos, hormonal issues , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts etc. Do an ultrasound pelvis as baseline and consult direct after that.
