Pregnancy symptoms

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am experiencing lots of pregnancy symptoms like sever acidity after ever meal tight stomach crapms in lower abdomen , back ache tiredness , low in energy ,smell sensitivity but my pregnancy test is negative both blood and urine test. I last had my periods on 18th june . Pls help understand the possible reason.

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of uterus and ovaries.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
