Asked for Female, 21 Years

My period date is the 23rd in May there was no sign of menstruation at all then on the 24th I went to the clinic coz I had cramps I tested and the results came back positive with a faint line.the next day the 25th I tested at home and it was negative i ddnt get any periods in Msy but then on April the 1st I started menstrating until the 6th...I took another home test on the 7th and it showed negative..I still have cramps and still feel nausea now and then and heartburn. what is wrong with me.
