Hello... My beta hcg level is 531 mIu/ml and also tsh level is incresed 8.16. I want to knw dat whether i m pregnant or not. Thanks

You are definitely pregnant. Pregnancy itself cn lead to hypothyroidism and thats y the high TSH levels. Consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination and further management

Tsh is very high, get free t4 done. Bhcg is positive, it indicates pregnancy, for further query you can consult personally
