I am having irregular periods due to pcos...My cycle length normally ranges from 38-40..I had my dominant follicle on CD 22,also on same day had hcg 10000 shot (May 16-8:00PM)..still now I didn't got my periods,so when could I take pregnancy test ..I am confused because of my irregular cycle length .so which day will be right for me to take hpt ... Thanks in advance!!!

You should do pregnancy test on 25 th day of period by Bhcg.It is blood test and more reliable.Result is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
