  4. Pregnancy test. Means n what shall i do?

I took abortion pills last month n I started bleeding n cleared also then I had unprotected sex n within 3 days I took I pill to avoid pregnancy but then month i dt get my period n i check again for pregnancy n it is positive .what does it means n what shall I do?
