My wife has missed her period by 1 day and the pregnancy tests she has taken shows One faint pink line and
Other one is a dark pink line.
Do we need to wait for more results or get this checked ?

Yes repeat test after 9 days again for confirmation and then ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

Faint line indicates pregnancy test is positive.as hormone will increase day by day...This faint line will become dark.consult a gynaecologist for further investigation and treatment.
