Pregnancy trying. With me. please reply.

Hi, I have only one fallopian tube because of left side one ectopic pregnancy in the year of 2017. That tb diagnosed,but now tb cure and 2 years of treatment completed in the month of March 2019. Now we are trying to conceive but I have right side ovary and fallopian tube. In a month of May we try to convince but my endometriosis thickness is very low & 2 eggs showing ( one of is hemorrhagic fallicure, so one egg remain) as per follicular studies.  My last period is come on 6/5/2019. My doctor suggested some medicine for endometrium thickness purpose, it's useful but on last day of fallicure studies it's showing less than 11mm not egg also in ovary. May be it's rupture on 22 nd day  from my period date.So this month not possible for pregnancy. But now problem is that my period is not come yet. My last period date is 6/5/19. Pregnancy taste also shown negative. I don't understand what's going with me... please reply...
