  3. Pregnant for 13 weeks. Solution to that?

Pregnant for 13 weeks
Hi I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound reports says grade O placenta is seen anteriorly extending to 1.9 cms. from the OS .OS is closed. Cervical canal length is 4.0cms. Is it something to worry about if yes then what is the solution to that?
