I have severe headache stomach pain and vomiting. Pls suggest. The pain was intolerat able and need urgent medication

If u r pregnant and hv severe vomiting u cn tk tab doxinate 2tabs now.. However if it doesn't stop u may need iv antiemetics and antacids too. May even need a drip if u r too dehydrated due to vomiting.
