Progesterone >30nmol/L is a gud sign would indicate ovulation occurred and there's sufficient levels to support a pregnancy if an egg got fertilized and implanted. It doesn't mean tht u r pregnant. In pregnancy prog rises upto 90. Pregmancy at d earliest can b detected by RIA For S.Bhcg as early as day 23-25.
