Pregnant or period???

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Okay so usually I start my period between the 13th and the 17th of each month. It varies because I only have half a thyroid, I had to get a partial thyroidectomy a while back, and my periods have never been regular my entire life even on birth control. I just started bleeding, it's between light & heavy, but it's only the 5th of the month which is way too early even for how slightly irregular my periods have been and I have recently had unprotected sex with my fiance. Could I be pregnant?
