Pregnancy hormones are responsible for stuffy  nose in many women. It will go after delivery. So take it easy. Do not use otrivin. It will later worsen the situation. Instead you can use saline drops and steam. You can use humidifier in your room. In severe nasal block you should meet ENT specialist to rule out other causes.
