But when i went for internal scan then there is no pregnency scene in that

Do a beta hcg blood test to confirm pregnancy.
Sometimes in early pregnancy , ectopic pregnancy or delayed conception gestational sac may not be easily visible.
Do beta hcg and then consult directly
