Can i m pregnent if my hpt is negative in 3rd month from last lmp...i also get my 2 period and bhcg is <0.10 on day 45 after lmp...is i m pregnent

No you are not pregnant...
But if your delaying of periods is occurring frequently get an ultrasound done and consult a gynecologist.
