Premature Ejaculation
Hello Doctor. I recently got married. Until then, i was not sexually active. Now i feel that i am not able to last long in bed. My wife never complained about it as she loves me a lot and is been very cooperative. But now i am concerned if i will be able to keep her happy in the future. Please advise if some basic medication will help or if i have to add some kind of diet to improve myself. I have done some research on the internet but still confused. Need some expert advice. Will appreciate your kind response. Thank you very much in advance.
