Premature ejaculation

I am 24 years old and unmarried.l have a problem of chronic premature ejaculation.l have been masturbating since l was 10 year old.l ejaculates within 4-5 seconds of masturbation and there is also nightfall problem.l also have some pain below the glans .My testosterone levels is 325.80 .Suggest some good home remedy for this.please help regarding this.
