Premature Ejaculation
I m 31 year old married person. Married before 4 years. After marriage from begning i have premature Ejaculation problem. It is so early as i try to enter i got discharge with in seconds. I haven't use any medicine for that. I try to use extra time condom but result was same. There was not much feeling when i was using extra time condon but even i got ejaculation in seconds. Please help me

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli.nd fried food
Take tab. Manmath Ras.
Tb. Pushp dhanva Ras. Nd tb pooranchndra ras one tab. Each morning & evening for 3 months. Wd hot milk.

Premature ejaculation could be due to psychological reasons. Performance anxiety may contribute to Premature ejaculation. Oversensitive skin over the Glans Penis can also contribute to this.
