Early ejaculation can be treated with a combination of sex therapy, pelvic floor exercises and medication. Neither works as well on its own though pelvic floor exercises and masturbatory exercises are the foundation. The challenge is in learning to manage your arousal so that you can learn to delay ejaculation. A helpful partner is of benefit which is why sex therapy with the couple works best.
