Premature greying
As I m just 24. I m facing premature greying hair problem..60% hair seems white..so whenever I go outside all people keep saying about white hair..I feel bad and frustrated..I have lack of confidence..I m going to apply hair color or mehndi..but which hair color or henna product is best without much side effects..as in market there are various kind of products available. Is there any best product which is medically proven best without much side effects??? Henna natural black magic can I use??? Hope for best answer..thanks in advance..Please advise properly..

Hello..,medical reason for graying if hair is rare.. a vitamin B-12 deficiency or pituitary or thyroid gland disorder can cause premature graying that’s reversible .Nothing can be done for gray hairs other than applying mehandi or hair color .Don't use artificial colors .Go for natural coloring substance .
