Premature greying of hair
I'm 27 yrs old. Since the last 2 yrs my hair has started greying. Now since the last 4 months, it's begun to proliferate. How to reduce this? Can it be reversed? I've always taken good care of my hair. Have never used shampoo either always used a homemade conditioner or natural products to wash hair. I'm very concerned about this now since my hair is prematurely greying.

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals.  You can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. there is also one lotion which is supposed to work. You can call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription.,

Greying is nothing but the reduction in the production of melanin in hair. this might be due to multiple reasons . nutrition deficits like zinc and vit b12 deficits could cause premature greying. unfortunately there isnt any medical modalities to reverse greying, though occurrence of newer ones could be postponed. consult your dermatologist and your physician.
Health Tips
eat healthy. eat protein, iron, zinc and vitamin rich food.
