1. Suffers from MDS, pancytopenia 2. Blood transfusion initially was months, since past 9 mths almost weekly or fortnightly 3. Recent issue is disorientation since past 4 to 5 weeks 4. Hence got MRI brain and CBC, LFT n KFT repeated 5. Queries: what should be our next steps A. Continue with rbc n platelet transfusion as needed ? B. What to do about disorientation n current aggressive behavior ? C. High ferritin levels if what to do D. Current high SGOT n SGPT, LFT levels E. Other counts
