It's both risky and illegal both. You need to see Gynecologist physically and need certain blood tests and ultrasound ideally before call taken to abort along with certain consent forms. Besides hospital you reach should have OT facility to manage any emergency situation arising out of heavy uncontrolled bleeding post medical termination of pregnancy. Safety is priority than going by short cuts

No abortion pills cannot be given on practo or over the counter. You will have to visit a gynaecologist.

Abortion pills cannot be prescribed online.
Abortion involves lot of bleeding and risk of the women hence according to medical termination of pregnancy act always undergo abortion with direct medical supervision in person
