Pressure headache in temples
I've had a headache for 2 and a half days now and there's a lot of pressure especially on my temples. I have also been nauseous but not constantly but I have thrown up from the nausea.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Tylenol twice or thrice a day after meals for today.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a physician near you in person for further evaluation and and management.
Nothing else can be done about it.
