I just feel some pressure in this position, is it happening for nervousness or anything else, I am submitting two photos, please suggest what to do., I have gerd problem so taking dsr at morning, and allergy was there due to sometime take breath by mouth, so had took monten lc for 7 days as prescribed, and continue nexito, please check two images, and suggest something, it will be very helpfull for me.

Mostly due to panic !!!
Do u take spicy food and irregular diet ??
