Please prescribe some good tablet or ointment for pressure sore for 68 year old bed ridden paralyzed Multiple sclerosis male. Mupirocin ointment or powder doesn't work. Please suggest another.

He will need proper nursing. Regularly change his sleeping side. Use an air/water mattress Hire a full time nurse for best results
