Probable Anxiety Disorder
Constant feeling of heaviness in chest area and emptiness. I was a heavy smoker for 9 years with 10-15 cigarettes everyday. I left it around 3 months back. Had similar symptoms but doctor said these were withdrawal symptoms and will go with time. They went away but they have started to reoccur. My stomach is also bloated almost all the time. I constantly feel afraid and my mind is never at peace. Sometimes tablets like diazepam help in calming down and sleep. I am also overweight. How to counter this anxiety without medicines.

Health Tips
Anxiety is a part of daily life but too much anxiety is debilitating. It is important to learn how to manage it by either learning how to face the source of stress adequately or avoiding it completely. Also practice anulom vilom pranayam for 5 minutes 3 times a day on empty stomach. This will help you to relax, feel calm and rejuvenated.
